Is every meal served at each school?

ANSWER: No. Mariebergsskolan and Mariehemsskolan only serve breakfast, hence lunch and dinner will be served at Bräntbergsskolan (5 minutes walk). Ejderdunet doesn´t serve any meals, which means that all meals will be served at Bräntbergsskolan (maximum 5 minutes walk).
 
Grubbeskolan, Bräntbergsskolan, Östra Gymnasiet, Hagaskolan and Hedlundaskolan serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

How do we register to the leaders' dinner?

ANSWER: You can do this when you check in your team at the festival or call us now at +4690139445 and reserve a seat.

The dinner is on Friday the 31st at 8pm — 10 pm

Where and when is the check-in?

ANSWER: The check-in is at Intersport, Björnvägen 1, Mariedal.

Monday 27/7- Tuesday 28/7 10 am - 2 pm
Wednesday 29/7 12 am - 11pm
Thursday 30/7 7 am - 2 pm

You can then find us at Nydala during the rest of the tournament.

Can you get your money back if you paid a player fee for a player who isn´t going to participate in the tournament?

ANSWER: Yes. This can be corrected when the team is checking in at the festival. Payment should be made only for the players who will participate in the tournament thus you will get money back if you paid for to many participants.

Who is paying the player fee?

ANSWER: All participants (players and coaches), except for the participants in the youngest classes B8, B9, G8, G9 and in the senior class, where the player fee is voluntary.

When and where is the check-in?

ANSWER: The check-in is at Intersport, Björnvägen 1, Mariedal.

Monday — Tuesday 27-28/7, 10am-2pm
Wednesday 29/7, 12am-11pm
Thursday 30/7, 7am-2pm
Thereafter we move to the secretariat at Nydala.

How much is a trailerpark at the schools?

ANSWER: 75 kr/ day

When is the opening ceremony?

ANSWER: The opening ceremony is on thursday evening.

Is breakfast served on Thursday?

ANSWER: Yes!

Can we play with players that are overage?

ANSWER: Yes, but you will have to apply for dispensation and Umeå Fotbollsfestival have to approve it.

When is food served?

ANSWER: Breakfast is served between 6am and 9am
Lunch is served between 11am and 2.30pm
Dinner is served between 4pm and 7.30pm

Which classes can participate?

ANSWER: We have classes for girls born 1990 to 2001 and for boys born 1993 to 2001.

When can we see the playing schedule for 2009?

ANSWER: We will publish the preliminary playing schedule in the middle of june 2009.

When is the last day for paying the registration fee?

ANSWER: You will pay the registration fee directly after you have registered your team, to be sure of a place in the festival. The last day is 14th of april 2009.
